Product Description

The TecPro TECFOG4 is a British-manufactured cold fogging trolley equipped with two adjustable fogging nozzles and designed to carry two 25-litre chemical containers.

Powered by a suitable compressed-air supply, the nozzles use a venturi action to draw diluted chemical from the containers and disperse it as a fine airborne mist. Droplets of approximately 30 microns remain suspended for longer, helping the treatment reach corners, crevices, elevated surfaces and other difficult areas.

The trolley is manufactured from hygienic 316 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and sanitise. This makes it particularly suitable for food manufacturing, beverage production, commercial kitchens and other hygiene-sensitive environments.

Two independently positioned nozzles provide broader coverage than the single-nozzle TECFOG3 model. Their angles can be adjusted to suit the building and required spray direction.

Heavy-duty blue thermoplastic wheels allow the trolley to be moved easily around larger facilities without marking the floor. Non-marking feet provide additional stability when the unit is stationary.

Important Operating Information

The TECFOG4 requires a clean, regulated compressed-air supply. The air pressure must be adjusted correctly because it affects chemical pickup, droplet size, spray pattern and coverage.

Only use chemicals approved for cold fogging and confirmed as compatible with the equipment and the area being treated. Always follow the chemical manufacturer’s instructions covering dilution, application rate, personal protective equipment, ventilation and safe re-entry times.

Treatment areas should be closed to personnel during fogging. Ventilation systems should be switched off where required, access points secured and appropriate warning signs displayed.
