• Transactions should be carried out online. In any transaction, you agree to purchase the products in your order at the stated price under these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or alter the supply of any product and to cancel any sale under reasonable conditions. If an order is canceled by the seller, a full refund will be provided.
• From time to time, we may introduce minimum order volumes. Orders may be rejected if minimum volumes are not met.
• Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, these conditions shall apply to the contract and be deemed incorporated into all orders.

4. Pricing, Payment & Orders

• While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel or reconfirm the purchase at the revised price.
• We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Purchasing, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, Solo/Maestro), or PayPal. Orders are processed once payment is cleared.
• All payments are processed through PayPal or SagePay.
• The order constitutes an offer to purchase the goods. We reserve the right to decline orders. Goods can only be delivered within the United Kingdom.
• The contract constitutes the entire agreement. You acknowledge that no statements or promises have influenced your decision beyond those outlined in the contract.

5. Descriptions

• We reserve the right to change product specifications to ensure quality or performance.
• Measurements provided are approximate. If errors occur, we reserve the right to withdraw affected goods from sale.
• Occasionally, goods may be discontinued without notice. In such cases, we will provide a suitable alternative if available.
• Goods may have alternative labelling or packaging but will be of similar quality and price.

6. Supply & Delivery

• Standard delivery for orders processed by 2 pm is next working day, tracked and insured.
• Free delivery on orders over £300+VAT within mainland UK.
• If you do not specify a delivery address, goods must be collected from our premises.
• Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• We may deliver goods in instalments. Each instalment constitutes a separate contract.

7. Acceptance of Goods & Returns

• You must inspect the goods on delivery or collection.
• Damages or shortages must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
• We generally do not accept returns of unwanted goods. If agreed, a 25% restocking charge applies.
• Goods must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with packaging intact.
• If goods are defective, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
