- DEFINITIONS
In these Terms & Conditions:
- “Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Flowjet Cleaning Equipment LTD (Company No. 07548943), whose registered office is Unit 4 Gatebeck Farm, Gatebeck, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 7FP, United Kingdom.
- “Buyer”, “you”, “your” means the business purchasing Goods from us via our Website, email, telephone, or other communication channels.
- “Goods” means the products and any related services offered and supplied by Flowjet Cleaning Equipment LTD.
- “Contract” means the legally binding agreement formed between the Buyer and the Seller upon our acceptance of an Order.
- “Order” means the Buyer’s request to purchase Goods.
- “Website” refers to www.flowjet.co.uk.
- “Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays in England.
- “Stock” means items held by us or by a third-party supplier on our behalf.
- “Directs” refers to items dispatched directly from the manufacturer or third-party supplier.

- All intellectual property, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to us. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
- Use of this Website and any disputes arising from such use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- BASIS OF SALE
- All sales are made on a business-to-business basis and governed solely by these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- By placing an Order, you confirm the Goods are for business use.
- Any additional terms proposed by the Buyer are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel any Order at our discretion, including due to pricing or stock availability issues.
- PRICING, PAYMENT & ORDERS
- Prices are exclusive of VAT and may change without notice.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, or pre-approved credit terms.
- Full payment must be received and cleared before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.
- Orders are subject to our acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel Orders and issue full refunds where necessary.
- In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the Order.
- PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
- All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general guidance and are non-binding.
- Although every care and attention is taken in presenting product images and technical specifications, errors may occur due to supplier changes, human error, or system discrepancies.
- Products are sold on the basis that the Buyer is a competent professional who understands the technical specifications and is capable of installing, maintaining, or repairing the equipment as required.
- We reserve the right to amend specifications where necessary to ensure compliance with legal or industry standards, or due to availability.
- If a product becomes unavailable, we may supply an equivalent or superior alternative at no extra cost, or offer a refund if the substitute is not acceptable.
- It remains the Buyer's responsibility to verify the suitability of any Goods for their intended application prior to purchase.
- DELIVERY & RISK
- Standard UK mainland delivery:
- Orders over £200+VAT – Free
- Orders under £200+VAT – £11.99 + VAT (Tracked, Traced & Insured)
- Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched the same Working Day.
- Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays due to courier issues or circumstances beyond our control.
- Refused or failed deliveries may incur storage or redelivery charges.
- ACCEPTANCE & RETURNS
- Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 2 Working Days.
- Returns of unwanted items are accepted only with prior written agreement and are subject to:
- 25% restocking fee for standard stock
- 50% restocking fee for special-order or bespoke items
- Returned Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Refunds are issued within 28 Working Days from return approval and receipt of Goods.
- Carriage charges are non-refundable unless Goods are faulty or supplied in error.
- Faulty Goods must be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is offered.
