Product Description

The TecPro TECFOG3 is a British-manufactured cold fogging trolley designed for professional disinfection, odour control, pest control, dust suppression and evaporative cooling applications.

Constructed from hygienic 316 stainless steel, the trolley offers excellent corrosion resistance and has a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and sanitise. It is particularly suitable for food-processing facilities, beverage production plants, commercial kitchens and other hygiene-sensitive environments.

The trolley carries one 25-litre chemical container and uses compressed air to draw diluted chemical through its adjustable R+M Suttner fogging nozzle. The nozzle produces a fine mist with droplets of approximately 30 microns, helping the solution remain airborne and reach corners, crevices and other difficult areas.

Non-marking blue thermoplastic wheels make the trolley easy to manoeuvre without marking floors, while non-marking feet provide stability when positioned for fogging. The nozzle angle can be adjusted to suit the area being treated.

Technical Specifications

Important Operating Information

The TECFOG3 requires a suitable regulated compressed-air supply. Air pressure affects the droplet size, spray pattern and ability of the nozzle to draw chemical correctly.

Only use chemicals approved for cold fogging and compatible with the trolley, nozzle and area being treated. Follow the chemical manufacturer’s dilution, application, ventilation and re-entry instructions.

Operators must wear suitable personal protective equipment. The treatment area should be closed to personnel during fogging, with ventilation systems switched off where directed by the chemical manufacturer. Appropriate warning signs should be placed at access points.
