The R+M Suttner ST-163.1 four-way chemical intake manifold provides a convenient method of selecting between up to four cleaning agents connected to a compatible foam or chemical injector.

Each of the four 9 mm suction hose tails is colour coded, making it easier to identify the required chemical in professional cleaning, food-production and hygiene applications. Simply rotate the marked selector to the required colour. A positive locating mechanism provides a noticeable click when the selected connection is correctly positioned and active.

Positioning the selector between two coloured hose tails closes the chemical passage, providing an off position without disconnecting any suction hoses.

Keeping all four chemical lines connected reduces changeover time and helps prevent the suction hoses from becoming twisted or tangled. The manifold can be installed horizontally, vertically or in another suitable orientation.

Four sets of dosing nozzles and blanking plugs are supplied, allowing the chemical suction rate to be adjusted for the application.

An additional 200163186 adaptor is required for direct mounting to an ST-167 or ST-168 injector. Optional accessories are also available for mounting the manifold to a wall or equipment trolley.

Technical Specifications

The manufacturer’s operating instructions specify continuous use up to 60°C, temporary exposure up to 90°C and suitable protective clothing when handling cleaning chemicals.

Only use cleaning products compatible with the manifold, injector, seals, hoses and surrounding equipment. Follow the chemical manufacturer’s dilution, handling and personal protective equipment instructions. Flush the system thoroughly when changing between chemicals that must not be mixed.
