R+M Suttner ST-163.1 Four-Way Chemical Intake Manifold – 9 mm – 350 Bar

Overview

ST163.1 four-way chemical intake manifold from R+M Suttner in stainless steel. It lets one injector draw from up to four cleaning agents, each on its own colour-coded 9mm suction hose tail. Rotate the marked selector to the required colour; a positive click confirms the position, and setting the selector between two hose tails closes the chemical passage.

Keeping all four lines connected cuts changeover time and stops suction hoses twisting. The manifold can be fitted horizontally or vertically. Four sets of dosing nozzles and blanking plugs are supplied to set the suction rate. It has an M14 x 1.5 male outlet with O-ring seal, is rated to 350 bar, 60°C continuous and 90°C temporary, and allows a maximum particle size of 50 microns. Only use chemicals compatible with the manifold, seals and hoses, and flush the system when changing between chemicals that must not mix.
