Product Overview

The Flojet N5100-020 Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is a compact, high-quality pneumatic pump designed for light commercial and industrial fluid transfer applications. Capable of delivering up to 9.5 litres per minute with a maximum working pressure of 5.5 Bar, it is ideal for transferring water, detergents and a wide range of compatible chemicals safely and efficiently.

Powered by compressed air or CO₂, the N5100-020 requires no electrical supply, making it suitable for hazardous, wet or remote working environments. Its Santoprene diaphragm and check valves provide excellent durability and chemical resistance, while the Acetal copolymer housing offers long-lasting performance in demanding industrial applications.

The self-priming design allows the pump to be mounted above the supply tank, and its automatic on-demand operation means the pump starts and stops automatically as fluid is required. Fluid pressure is controlled directly by the incoming air pressure, eliminating the need for bypass plumbing or pressure relief valves and making installation quick and straightforward.
