Overview

Flojet N5100 air-operated diaphragm pump with a Santoprene diaphragm and check valves, running on compressed air or CO2. It is rated to 9.5 litres per minute and 5.5 bar, with a maximum air pressure of 5.5 bar, for transferring water, detergents and compatible chemicals.

It has an acetal copolymer housing, 3/8" hose barb fluid ports and a 1/4" hose barb air inlet, and uses 0.013 to 0.022 cubic metres of air per minute. It self-primes and delivers fluid automatically on demand. Fluid pressure is set by the air pressure, so no bypass or pressure relief plumbing is needed.
