Product Overview

The Flojet N5100-040 Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is a compact, reliable pneumatic pump designed for light commercial and industrial fluid transfer applications. Delivering a maximum flow rate of 9.5 litres per minute at pressures up to 5.5 Bar, this pump is ideal for transferring water, detergents and a wide range of compatible chemicals without the need for an electric motor.

Manufactured with a durable Acetal copolymer housing and fitted with a Santoprene diaphragm and check valves, the N5100-040 offers excellent durability and chemical resistance for demanding environments. The pump operates using compressed air or CO₂, making it suitable for hazardous or wet locations where electrically driven pumps may not be appropriate.

Its self-priming design allows installation above the supply tank, while automatic on-demand operation means the pump starts and stops automatically as fluid is required. Because fluid pressure is controlled by the air supply, there is no need for bypass plumbing or pressure relief valves, simplifying installation and reducing maintenance.
