FOAMit F10.0L-PSG Manual Foamer with Trigger Gun
The DEMA FOAMit F10.0L-PSG is a compact, manually pressurised foam unit designed for smaller cleaning jobs, spot cleaning and locations where compressed air or electricity is unavailable.
Its integrated hand pump pressurises the 10-litre tank, allowing pre-mixed cleaning or sanitising solution to be applied as foam through the supplied two-metre hose and heavy-duty trigger gun. The 65° fan tip produces a wide spray pattern for efficient coverage of floors, walls, machinery and equipment.
The translucent, natural-colour tank makes the remaining chemical level easy to see, while clearly marked litre and gallon graduations assist with filling and mixing. An extra-wide base improves stability during pressurisation and use.
Compact and highly portable, this manual foamer is suitable for food-industry hygiene, agriculture, commercial kitchens, vehicle cleaning and general industrial sanitation.
Output, coverage and operating time can vary according to the chemical, dilution, viscosity, ambient conditions and the pressure applied using the hand pump.
The F10.0L-PSG does not need electricity or a separate compressed-air supply. The operator fills the tank with a correctly diluted, pre-mixed solution and uses the integrated hand pump to pressurise the container.
Foam is then controlled using the heavy-duty trigger gun. The integrated pressure-relief valve allows tank pressure to be released safely before opening or refilling the unit.
This portable arrangement makes the unit particularly useful for spot cleaning, smaller production areas and locations away from fixed utilities.
The unit is fitted with Viton seals, which offer compatibility with a wide range of commonly used cleaning and sanitising chemicals. However, Viton is not compatible with every chemical.
Always check the chemical manufacturer’s safety data sheet and confirm compatibility with the tank, seals, hose, trigger gun and other wetted components before use.
Always release all pressure from the tank before opening, filling or servicing the unit. Only use chemicals formulated for foam application and compatible with the equipment’s materials.
Follow the chemical manufacturer’s dilution, application and personal protective equipment instructions.
