The FOAMit Mobile Non-Pressurised Foam Unit is designed for applying cleaning and sanitising chemicals as a controlled layer of foam across floors, walls, machinery and production equipment.

Unlike conventional pressurised foam tanks, the chemical container remains non-pressurised. A compressed-air-operated diaphragm pump draws the pre-mixed chemical solution from the tank and delivers it through the foam hose and applicator. This design provides consistent foam output without needing to pressurise or repeatedly recharge the solution tank.

Foam consistency can be adjusted from wetter foam for increased coverage to thicker, drier foam for improved surface contact time. The mobile frame, wheels and handle allow the unit to be moved between cleaning areas.

These professional foamers are suitable for food production, agriculture, brewing, dairy, manufacturing, transport and other industrial hygiene applications.
