The machine is housed within a robust, lockable, ventilated steel cabinet and incorporates an integrated 9-litre break tank compliant with Category 5 Backflow Prevention Regulations. Standard Flow Actuated Timed Shutdown System

Every WM150/15HC is supplied as standard with a flow-actuated unloader valve and an automatic timed total shutdown system.

When the operator releases the trigger gun, the pump enters bypass mode. If the trigger is not operated again within approximately 4–8 minutes, the machine automatically switches itself off. To continue cleaning, the operator simply returns to the machine and restarts it using the power switch.

This system is particularly popular with local authorities, utility companies, highways contractors, fleet operators, and industrial sites, where operators frequently leave machines unattended between cleaning tasks.

Unlike automatic restart systems, the machine cannot unexpectedly restart if a hose, trigger gun, or coupling develops a leak while unattended. This improves operator safety while preventing prolonged bypass operation that can reduce pump life.

Optional Upgrade – Automatic Trapped Pressure System

The WM150/15HC can also be supplied with an Automatic Trapped Pressure System for applications where operator convenience is the priority.

With this option, the machine automatically stops after a preset delay when the trigger gun is released. When the operator wishes to continue cleaning, they simply squeeze the trigger and the machine automatically restarts without returning to the control panel.

This option is particularly popular in vehicle wash bays and fleet cleaning facilities where the trigger gun is frequently released during washing.

Please Note: Once cleaning has been completed, the pressure washer should always be switched off at the main power switch. The automatic restart feature is designed solely for convenience during operation and should not replace normal shutdown procedures.
