Product Overview

The Tecomec VRT3 Unloader Valve is a trapped-pressure regulating valve designed for professional and industrial pressure washer systems.

When the pressure washer trigger gun is released, the VRT3 diverts the water through the bypass while retaining pressure inside the high-pressure hose. When the trigger is reopened, the valve redirects water to the outlet and allows the pressure washer to return to its normal operating pressure.

The valve is rated for a working pressure of 220 Bar and supports water flow rates up to 40 LPM. Its regulator knob allows the operating pressure to be adjusted to suit the pressure washer system.

Unlike standard unloader valves that may only tolerate hot water for short periods, this nickel-plated VRT3 is rated for continuous operation with water temperatures up to 90°C.

The valve features a nickel-plated brass body, AISI 303 stainless-steel internal components, Viton® O-rings and a ceramic valve ball. This durable construction makes it particularly suitable for demanding hot-water cleaning and car-wash applications.

The VRT3 is designed for continuous operation with water temperatures up to 90°C. Its nickel-plated body, stainless-steel internals, Viton® seals and ceramic ball provide additional durability in demanding hot-water pressure washer installations.
