The VRT3 unloader valve is a heavy-duty trapped-pressure valve designed to regulate pressure and divert water back to the bypass when the pressure washer trigger is released.

Rated for working pressures up to 220 bar and flow rates up to 40 LPM, this valve is suitable for a wide range of professional and industrial pressure washer systems. The brass and steel construction provides reliable performance, while the blue regulator knob allows the operating pressure to be adjusted to suit the machine.

This version has 3/8" BSP female inlet, outlet and bypass connections. Please note that it does not include a pressure gauge port.

What Does an Unloader Valve Do?

When the pressure washer trigger is released, the VRT3 unloader valve redirects the water flow away from the closed gun and into the bypass circuit. This protects the pump and other pressure washer components from excessive pressure.
