The Suttner ST-265 Unloader Valve with Pressure Switch is designed to regulate operating pressure and control pressure washer systems used in demanding professional and industrial applications. It is rated for pressures up to 350 bar, flow rates up to 50 LPM, and water temperatures up to 80°C.

When the trigger gun closes or the preset pressure is reached, the unloader valve diverts the water through the bypass circuit. This reduces the load on the pump and protects the system against excessive pressure.

The integrated pressure switch can be used as part of an automatic stop/start or control system. It detects changes in system pressure and sends an electrical signal to the machine’s control circuit. The exact operation will depend on the pressure washer’s electrical configuration.
