Suttner ST168 EasyFoam365+ Foam Injector 1/2"F Stainless Steel | 2.1mm Nozzle

Overview

ST168 easyfoam365+ foam injector from R+M Suttner in stainless steel, 2.1mm injector size, with a built-in compressed air module. The compressed air makes the foam inside the injector, so no air-intake foam lance is needed, and it suits low-pressure, high-volume systems such as factory plant rooms running at around 40 litres per minute and 45 bar. It is used in wall-mounted washdown systems for food processing, agriculture and transport cleaning.

It works on high and low pressure systems and can run from mains water pressure of at least 5 bar. A lever switches between chemical and rinse mode, and chemical dosing is set with the nozzle inserts supplied. It has a 1/2" BSP female inlet and outlet and is rated to 350 bar, 80 litres per minute and 100°C. A DN12 hose with a 1/2" inlet and outlet wash gun is recommended to stop the foam collapsing on the way to the gun. On vertical surfaces, apply foam from the bottom upwards to avoid overlap.
