The RM Suttner long cast foam lance combined with a high pressure cleaner and suitable foam injector is capable of casting foam up to ten metres. This enables the user to clean difficult to reach places such as roofs, facades or even interior walls of container ships where long reach as well as great heights are required. Expensive scaffolding can be avoided when using this product. Air injector nozzles can be easily changed and air volume can be set directly at the nozzle to give the user the ability to tailor thje required foam result. The foam lance is made from a combination of stainless steel and plastic material.

Foam Application

When applying foam to vertical surfaces it is important to start from the bottom and move upwards. If foam is applied from top to bottom you will get overlap, increasing the foam mass and reducing its contact time with the surface you are working on.
