The Suttner ST7 High Flow Switch with Industrial Micro Switch is a heavy-duty flow-activated pressure washer switch designed for reliable operation in demanding industrial cleaning systems. Commonly fitted to MAC International pressure washers and many other industrial pressure washer installations, the ST7 monitors water flow and activates or deactivates an electrical circuit once the preset flow threshold is reached.

Unlike conventional reed-contact flow switches, the ST7 uses a robust industrial micro switch with significantly higher electrical switching capacity and an extended service life. The hydraulic and electrical sections are completely separated, preventing water ingress into the electrical components and improving both reliability and ease of servicing.

With a maximum working pressure of 350 Bar, flow capacity up to 45 L/min, and an IP65-rated enclosure, the ST7 is perfectly suited for industrial pressure washers, pump protection systems, wash bays, vehicle wash equipment and other high-pressure fluid handling applications.
