Overview

Suttner ST164 twin chemical injector in stainless steel with a compressed air module and metering valves, with a 2.1mm nozzle. A lever selects which of two connected chemicals is drawn in, and dosing is set with the metering valves.

It has a 3/8" BSP female inlet and a 1/2" BSP female outlet and is rated to 350 bar, 80 litres per minute and 100°C. The compressed air connection gives a drier, stickier foam. Use DN12 hose and a 1/2" wash gun with a large cross section, such as the ST2720, ST2725, ST3100 or ST3300; no lance with an air injector is needed. It weighs 2.75kg.
