R+M Suttner ST160 with Metering Valve-1.9mm, 350 Bar, 3/8" F x 3/8" M

Overview

ST160 venturi foam injector with metering valve from R+M Suttner in stainless steel, 1.9mm injector size. Water is forced through a restrictive orifice, and when the injector is used with a low pressure nozzle such as an ST75 foam head this creates a vacuum that draws chemical into the water stream. It is used for cleaning in agriculture, automotive and food processing, including vehicles that carry livestock.

A metering valve lets the user adjust the chemical dose without using the dosing nozzle inserts; ten inserts are also supplied. Match the injector size and the foam nozzle size to the flow and pressure of the system. Fit a chemical filter on the end of the chemical tube to keep debris out, and check the viscosity of the chemical, as it affects the draw rate. The injector has a 3/8" BSP female inlet and a 3/8" BSP male outlet and is rated to 350 bar and 90°C. It weighs 0.51kg.
