The Suttner ST-160 chemical injector provides controlled chemical dosing in professional and industrial pressure washer systems. Its Venturi design creates a vacuum within the water flow, drawing detergent into the system when a suitable low-pressure accessory, such as a foam lance or chemical nozzle, is used.

An integrated metering valve allows the operator to adjust the chemical concentration accurately without separate dosing inserts. Manufactured from stainless steel, the ST-160 withstands pressures up to 350 bar and temperatures up to 90°C.

Please note that this is the injector and metering valve body only. It is supplied without an injector nozzle, allowing the correct nozzle size to be selected for the pressure washer’s flow rate and operating requirements.

Important Compatibility Information

The injector nozzle must be selected to suit the pressure washer’s flow rate and operating conditions. An incorrectly sized nozzle may prevent the injector from drawing chemical effectively.
