The Sewer Nozzle M7F 065 3R/3S is a precision-engineered, non-rotating micro sewer cleaning nozzle designed for extremely small internal pipe diameters. Manufactured by R&M Suttner, this nozzle is ideally suited for cleaning heat exchanger tubes in thermal power stations and narrow conveyor or process pipes commonly found in the food industry, where internal diameters are typically between 10 and 12 mm.
With an external diameter of just 9.8 mm, the nozzle passes easily through restricted pipework while still withstanding working pressures of up to 500 bar. It features three rear-facing jets set at a 45-degree angle, delivering strong propulsion and effective internal flushing without the use of a forward jet. This design allows for controlled movement and uniform cleaning of small-diameter lines.
