Overview

The Nilfisk 107146577 flow control housing assembly is an upgrade kit for the original flow switch arrangement fitted at the unloader valve outlet on Nilfisk SH Truck pressure washers.

The kit addresses reported instances where the original flow switch failed to detect water passing through the system, resulting in an E4 flow fault on the PLC. It includes the flow control housing assembly and the high-pressure pipework, hose, fittings and sealing ring listed below.

Before installation: Confirm compatibility using the machine model and serial number. An E4 flow fault should be diagnosed before replacing parts, as failure to detect flow is only one possible cause. Installation should be carried out by a competent pressure-washer service technician with the electrical and water supplies isolated and all trapped pressure released.
