The Nilfisk MH 5M-180/800 PA E12 is a professional electrically heated hot-water pressure washer developed for indoor workplaces and areas where diesel exhaust emissions must be avoided.

Its 12kW electric heating system provides hot-water cleaning without requiring a diesel-fired burner. This makes the machine particularly suitable for automotive workshops, factories, production facilities and other emission-sensitive environments with a suitable three-phase electrical supply.

Delivering up to 180 bar pressure and a maximum water flow of 800 litres per hour, the MH 5M E provides the cleaning performance required to remove oil, grease and general industrial contamination. The slow-running 1450 RPM motor offers reduced noise levels and dependable performance during regular use.

The machine incorporates an 80-litre water tank, three full ceramic pump pistons and Nilfisk’s WDK dual detergent system. Operators can select between two cleaning chemicals, helping the machine handle different washing and degreasing applications.

Why choose electric heating?

An electrically heated pressure washer eliminates the need to store and handle diesel for the burner. It also produces no burner exhaust gases at the machine, making it a practical option for indoor washing areas where ventilation, emissions and fuel handling are important considerations.

The achievable outlet temperature will depend on the incoming water temperature, water flow and selected operating conditions. Customers requiring a greater temperature increase should also consider the 24kW MH 5M E24 model.
