Overview

Nilfisk brass flow switch housing, 22mm diameter by 86mm long with an M16 x 1 thread, for Nilfisk hot water pressure washers. It holds a magnetic shuttle that rises with the water flow and is detected by an external reed switch, so the machine knows water is flowing and the boiler is protected from dry running.

Debris can make the shuttle stick, which stops the machine recognising flow. Typical signs are an E4 error on a Truck Booster or a flashing green LED on a Neptune. The housing is supplied with the magnetic shuttle.
