Hygiene Ultra 15m Red 1/2" M/F

Product Overview: The Hygiene Ultra 40 Hose is a specialist antimicrobial food-grade hose, developed to meet the strict hygiene demands of the food and beverage industry. Manufactured in the United Kingdom, this high-performance hose is designed for open plant cleaning and foam application systems where sanitation and foam stability are critical. With a DN12 internal diameter (12mm), this hose is well suited for foam injector systems that rely on compressed air modules. The wide bore prevents foam from collapsing back into liquid, ensuring a rich, stable application through foam lances or wash guns. A key feature of the Hygiene Ultra 40 is its antimicrobial top layer, which actively inhibits the growth of microorganisms—significantly reducing the risk of cross contamination during cleaning in sensitive food processing environments.
