The Green 20 Metre 40 Bar Hygiene Ultra Hose is a specialist antimicrobial, HACCP compliant food-grade washdown hose developed for open plant cleaning and foam application in food and beverage processing environments. Rated to 40 bar / 580 PSI at up to 70°C, it is the everyday hose for hygiene washdown systems, foam units and satellite stations.

The hose is manufactured with an antimicrobial top layer that prevents the growth of micro-organisms on the cover, dramatically lowering the risk of cross contamination between cleaning sessions and production areas.

Its 12mm internal diameter (DN12) allows foam to travel through the hose without collapsing back into a liquid, and the flexible construction makes it easy to manoeuvre around plant and equipment without straining the operator.

The green cover supports colour-coded HACCP strategies, so hoses can be dedicated to specific zones (for example raw, cooked or allergen areas) to prevent cross contamination.

Supplied as a complete 20 metre assembly with stainless steel 1/2" Male connections at both ends, crimped and pressure tested ready for use.
