Honda WH20 Water Pump in Carry Frame
The Honda WH20 is a professional high-pressure petrol water pump designed for applications requiring a combination of strong pressure and high water flow.
Powered by the reliable Honda GX160 four-stroke petrol engine, the WH20 delivers up to 5 bar pressure, a maximum flow rate of 450 litres per minute and a maximum total head of 50 metres. This makes it particularly suitable for irrigation, sprinkler systems, water transfer, washdown and applications involving longer or elevated hose runs.
The pump has a durable aluminium body with BUNA seals, a cast-iron volute and impeller and a hard-wearing silicon carbide mechanical seal. Its protective tubular carry frame incorporates anti-vibration rubber mounts to reduce movement and vibration while running.
Two-inch inlet and outlet ports support high-volume water transfer. Port couplings and a suction filter are supplied with the pump.
The Honda WH20 is ideal for:
The WH20 is designed to generate more pressure than a standard high-volume transfer pump. Its maximum 50-metre head is approximately equivalent to 5 bar at the pump outlet under zero-flow conditions.
The available pressure will reduce as the water flow, hose length and elevation increase. Correct hose sizing is therefore important, particularly when pumping over long distances or supplying multiple sprinklers.
The pump must be primed with water before starting and must not be allowed to run dry. This model is intended for fresh water and lightly contaminated water with particles no larger than 3 mm.
