Overview

Hygiene Ultra 40 antimicrobial food-grade washdown hose in blue, DN12 (12mm bore). It is used for open plant cleaning and foam application in food and beverage processing. The antimicrobial cover stops micro-organisms growing on the hose, which lowers the risk of cross-contamination, and the blue colour supports HACCP colour-coded hygiene zones.

The 12mm bore keeps foam from collapsing back into liquid on foam injector systems with compressed air modules. It is sold by the metre and cut to length with no fittings, so stainless steel ends can be fitted to suit. It is rated to 40 bar and 70°C. Made in the UK.
