FOAMit Drive Over Foam Unit

Overview

The FOAMit FI-DOF is a drive-over foam system that applies foam to the underbody of trucks and passenger vehicles. Powered by compressed air and electricity, it draws concentrated chemical through a 208.2 litre proportioning tank and dilutes it at 4:1–530:1 (water:chemical).

A sensor starts the system automatically as a vehicle approaches, so no attendant is needed. The foam gives long contact times and a visual check of coverage.
