FOAMit Central Foam and Spray Station

Overview

The FOAMit FISP-STN is a central foam and spray drop station, supplied with pre-mixed solution from a central pump and header system and powered by compressed air. Foam and sanitise sides share one enclosure with no shared components, giving 75.7–170 l/min of foam through a 15m hose and stainless steel wand, and 7.6 l/min of sanitiser through a 15m hose and trigger gun.

Chemical is kept secure in one central location away from the production floor, so there are no containers to refill and operators simply pick up the hose. The pump and nozzles are sold separately.
