Product description

The Flojet G57 Series G575205A is a compact air driven diaphragm pump for fluid transfer, chemical feed and dispensing applications. It delivers a maximum flow of 18.9 LPM and a maximum fluid pressure of 6.9 bar, with a polypropylene housing, Santoprene diaphragm and 3/8-inch hose barb fluid connections.

Powered by compressed air or CO2, the pump provides automatic on-demand supply with a stall-proof design. Its clog-free valves can pass solids up to 3.2 mm in diameter, while the installed exhaust muffler helps reduce operating noise. Applications include car wash systems, water transfer, parts washers and chemical dispensing, subject to fluid compatibility.

Before installation: Check that all wetted materials and seals are compatible with the fluid, concentration and operating temperature. Consult the user manual before using chemicals, solvents, oils or brake fluids. Maximum flow and maximum pressure are separate limits and should not be assumed to occur together.
