Ehrle HSC1240 Frost-Protected Oil-Fired Static Hot Pressure Washer, 400V, 160 Bar, 20 LPM
The Ehrle HSC1240 is a frost-protected oil-fired static hot pressure washer from the Ehrle HSC series, running on a 400V three-phase supply. It delivers 30–160 bar working pressure (180 bar maximum) at 300–1200 litres per hour, with hot water from 30–98°C.
It is suitable for winter use down to -15°c. Features include antifreeze circulation system with internal break tank, stainless steel lance holder with antifreeze return to the break tank and PLC control of the antifreeze circuit with pressure relief. It comes with Etronic II controls, 10m DN8 315 bar high pressure hose, shut-off gun with low pressure leakage, 900mm lance with nozzle guard, stainless steel 25° flat jet nozzle, water supply separation to DIN EN 1717 class 4 and high pressure chemical injection with metering valve. Options: automatic installation kit and hose reel with 20m high pressure hose.
Before installation: Requires a 400V three-phase supply protected by a 3x16A slow-blow fuse. Have the supply checked by a qualified electrician before installation. Static machines should be installed by a qualified engineer. Nozzle sizes are listed in our pressure washer nozzle chart.
