The Dirt Driver PTO Gearbox Pressure Washer delivers high-performance cleaning by harnessing power directly from a tractor’s 540 rpm PTO. Producing 210 Bar at 41 litres per minute, it provides the pressure and high water flow needed to remove heavy mud, slurry and stubborn contamination.

Designed for straightforward operation, the machine combines a professional self-priming pump with a robust galvanised chassis and Category 1 three-point linkage. It provides a reliable and economical cleaning solution for farms, agricultural contractors and other remote working environments.

High-Flow Cleaning Performance

The combination of 210 Bar pressure and a 41 LPM water flow provides excellent washing and rinsing performance. The increased water volume helps move large quantities of mud and debris, making the machine particularly suitable for heavily contaminated agricultural equipment and working areas.

Pressure can be adjusted to suit different cleaning jobs, helping the operator move between intensive cleaning and more controlled washing applications.

Self-Priming Brass-Head Pump

The pressure washer features a self-priming pump with a durable brass cylinder head. This allows the unit to draw clean water from a suitable storage tank or alternative water supply.

Two 3 m inlet hoses are included. Each suction hose is fitted with a foot filter to help prevent larger particles and debris from entering the pump.

The water source must be capable of continuously supplying at least 41 LPM. Restricting the inlet flow or allowing air into the suction hoses can cause cavitation and permanent pump damage.

Heavy-Duty Galvanised Chassis

The machine is constructed from heavy-duty galvanised box-section steel, providing a strong and corrosion-resistant chassis for demanding agricultural environments.

An integrated Category 1 three-point linkage allows the pressure washer to be securely mounted to a compatible tractor for operation and transportation.

PTO Gearbox Drive

Power is supplied through the included telescopic PTO shaft and gearbox. The machine is designed to operate at a tractor PTO speed of 540 rpm.

Always make sure the tractor, PTO shaft, guards and three-point linkage are correctly connected before operating the pressure washer.

Trigger Gun and Insulated Lance

The pressure washer includes a safety on/off trigger gun and an insulated lance. The operator can stop the high-pressure water flow at the trigger while maintaining control of the lance during cleaning.

A pressure gauge allows the operating pressure to be monitored while the machine is running.

Important Operating Information

This pressure washer is designed to operate from a 540 rpm tractor PTO. Ensure the PTO shaft, guards and three-point linkage are correctly fitted before starting the machine.

Never approach, inspect, disconnect or adjust a rotating PTO shaft. Disengage the PTO, stop the tractor and remove the key before carrying out maintenance or adjustments.

The two suction hoses must be fully submerged in an adequate clean water supply. Keep both foot filters clean and ensure all connections are airtight.

The machine requires a continuous water supply of at least 41 LPM. An insufficient supply can cause cavitation, overheating and permanent pump damage.

Correct operating pressure requires the appropriate nozzle size in the lance together with a correctly adjusted unloader valve. The unloader must be set according to the pump specification with the correct lance and nozzle fitted.
