Product Description

The Comet AXD 3020 G is a compact direct-drive pressure-washer pump designed for coupling to a compatible petrol engine with a 19 mm (3/4″) output shaft.

Delivering a maximum flow rate of 10.2 litres per minute at up to 140 Bar, the AXD 3020 G is suitable for vehicle-washing equipment, site-cleaning machines, compact mobile pressure washers and van-pack systems.

The pump has a forged-brass manifold, industrial ceramic pistons and an aluminium die-cast crankcase. Stainless-steel unitised check valves and double-sealing Buna-textile packings support reliable operation in regular pressure-washing applications.

A built-in uniflow unloader valve controls the pressure when the trigger gun is released. The integrated chemical injector provides a means of applying a compatible cleaning detergent under the appropriate operating conditions.

The 19 mm hollow shaft and direct-drive flange allow the pump to be fitted directly to a compatible petrol engine. Before ordering, check the engine shaft diameter, shaft length, keyway, rotation, mounting flange and available power.

Important Installation Information

The built-in unloader valve is not supplied set up for your individual pressure washer. It must be correctly adjusted to the pump specification with the correct trigger gun, lance and nozzle fitted.

Correct operating pressure requires the appropriate nozzle size together with a correctly adjusted unloader valve. The nozzle must match the pump flow rate and required operating pressure. See the Flowjet Pressure Washer Nozzle Size Chart.

Before ordering, confirm the engine shaft diameter, shaft length, keyway, rotation, mounting flange and available engine power. Incorrect installation or operation can damage the pump or engine.

The manufacturer recommends changing the pump oil after the first 50 operating hours and again at the stated service intervals, including at 200 hours.
