Burst Disc, Black, 345 Bar (5,000 PSI) – Minimum Order 5
Black burst disc rated at 345 bar (5,000 psi) for pressure washer systems. It acts as a fail-safe: if pressure rises above the rated value, for example because the unloader valve fails, the disc ruptures and releases the pressure.
A ruptured disc shows that the unloader or another pressure-control component needs checking before the machine is used again. Discs are colour-coded by pressure rating.
Before installation: Choose a disc rated to suit your pump and unloader settings. Replace a ruptured disc only after finding and fixing the cause of the overpressure.
