Tricoflex Thermoclean AL20 hose.

This is a medium pressure hot water hose for use in food processing areas, dairies, slaughter houses etc.  It has a four layer structure, non-staining blue outer cover with high resistance polyester fibre reinforcement, which is resistant to oils, grease and detergents. The special intermediate adhesive layer and white inner layer give this hose it's high temperature performance.  It can withstand temperatures of 70°C at 20 bar continuously. Available in 12mm or 19mm internal diameters.

Construction:

• Outer Layer: Light blue cover in soft, non-staining, grease-proof, detergent and disinfectant resistant food grade PVC
• Layer 2: Adhesion layer in food grade soft PVC
• Layer 3: Polyester fibre reinforcement
• Layer 4: Adhesion layer in food grade soft PVC
• Inner Layer: White soft PVC, food grade, resistant to detergents and disinfectant
