The Blue 2.5 Metre PUReClean365+ Hose is an everyday food-grade foam and washdown hose for foam application, pre-spraying and rinsing in food and beverage production. It is manufactured by R+M Suttner to meet the food industry standards (EG) 1935/2004, (EU) 10/2011 and (EG) 2023/2006 and is rated to 45 bar / 650 PSI at 70°C (100 bar at 20°C).

The hose is a three-layer PVC construction with a rot-proof textile mesh and a smooth, non-porous cover that is easy to clean and sanitise, resists staining and grease, and does not harbour bacteria.

With a 12mm internal diameter (DN12), the hose is easy to manoeuvre around plant and equipment. The blue cover supports colour-coded HACCP strategies so hoses can be dedicated to specific production zones to prevent cross contamination.

Supplied as a complete 2.5 metre assembly with stainless steel 1/2" Male connections at both ends for maximum hygiene and corrosion resistance.
