The Banjo Y-line filter is designed to capture particles in a water or fluid line before they reach downstream equipment. It has 2" female threaded ports and an 80-mesh stainless steel screen, approximately 177 microns.

The filter body is made from glass-reinforced polypropylene, with an AISI 304 stainless steel screen and EPDM gaskets. A threaded clean-out plug provides access to the screen for maintenance. The filter is rated for a maximum pressure of 10 bar.

Choosing the Correct Line Filter

An 80-mesh screen has larger openings than the 100-mesh version, which is listed at approximately 149 microns. Check which filtration rating your equipment requires, along with the 10-bar pressure limit and gasket compatibility.

Confirm the thread standard against your pipework before ordering; the supplied specification identifies the ports as 2" female but does not state whether they are BSP or another thread type.
