The Annovi Reverberi Gymatic 3B Unloader Valve with Chemical Injector is a pressure-regulating unloader valve and control set designed for compatible Annovi Reverberi pressure washer pumps.

When the pressure washer trigger gun is released, the Gymatic 3B automatically diverts the water through its built-in bypass and reduces the pressure at the pump to zero. The line pressure remains trapped inside the high-pressure hose until the trigger gun is reopened.

This trapped-pressure operation helps protect the pump from working against a closed outlet while allowing the pressure washer to return to its normal operating pressure when the trigger is pulled.

The valve also incorporates a built-in adjustable chemical injector for applying cleaning detergent through a compatible low-pressure nozzle or detergent setting.

Rated for a maximum pressure of 250 Bar / 3,625 PSI, the valve is designed for pressure washer systems delivering between 13 and 18 LPM. It features a 1/2″ male inlet and a 3/8″ male outlet.

It is suitable for compatible Annovi Reverberi XM, RK, HXM and RR pump series.

Chemical Injector Information

The built-in adjustable chemical injector is designed for low-pressure detergent application. A suitable low-pressure detergent nozzle or lance setting will normally be required for the injector to draw chemical correctly.

Detergent performance can be affected by the nozzle size, hose length, chemical viscosity and pressure washer operating conditions.

Flush the chemical injector with clean water after using detergent to help prevent chemical residue and blockages.
