500 BAR bypass injectors ST-167, easyfoam365+ -2.1mm

Overview

ST167 easyfoam365+ bypass foam injector from R+M Suttner, 500 bar version, in stainless steel, 2.1mm injector size. Used with an ST72, ST74 or ST75 foam lance, or an adjustable or triple nozzle, it draws chemical into the water stream, and a lever switches between chemical and rinse mode. It is used for cleaning in agriculture, automotive and food processing, including vehicles that carry livestock.

Chemical dosing is set with 10 exchangeable nozzle inserts from 0.5mm to 2.0mm, and the chemical connection is a 9mm hose tail. Fit a chemical filter on the end of the chemical tube and check the viscosity of the chemical, as it affects the draw rate. It has a 1/2" BSP female inlet and outlet and is rated to 500 bar, 80 litres per minute and 100°C.
