The RM Suttner ST167 Easyfoam365+ Foam Injector is a premium-quality chemical injection system designed for professional high-pressure cleaning applications up to 500 Bar. When used with compatible RM Suttner foam lances such as the ST72, ST74 or ST75, the injector draws detergent or sanitising chemicals into the water stream to produce a dense, clinging foam that improves cleaning efficiency while reducing chemical waste.

The ST167 features a simple lever-operated control that allows the operator to switch instantly between foam applicationand high-pressure rinse mode without disconnecting equipment. Chemical concentration can be accurately adjusted using one of the 10 interchangeable metering nozzle inserts, making it suitable for a wide range of flow rates and pressure washer systems.

Commonly used throughout the food processing, agriculture, automotive, transport, manufacturing and industrial cleaning sectors, the ST167 is ideal for maintaining high hygiene standards, cleaning livestock vehicles, food production equipment and factory machinery.

Important: To achieve correct chemical draw, the injector must be matched with the correct nozzle size and foam nozzle. The reduction in pressure through the injector enables detergent to be drawn into the water stream.
