350 BAR bypass injectors ST-167, With Metering Valve, easyfoam365+,

Overview

ST167 easyfoam365+ bypass foam injector from R+M Suttner in stainless steel, with a metering valve. Used with an ST72, ST74 or ST75 foam lance, or an adjustable or triple nozzle, it draws chemical into the water stream, and a lever switches between chemical and rinse mode. It is used for cleaning in agriculture, automotive and food processing, including vehicles that carry livestock. Choose the injector size, from 1.2mm to 2.8mm, when ordering.

Chemical dosing is adjusted with the metering valve, without nozzle inserts. It has a 1/2" BSP female inlet and outlet and is rated to 350 bar and 100°C. On vertical surfaces, apply foam from the bottom upwards. The ST167 is also made in a 500 bar version.
