Overview

ST167 easyfoam365+ bypass foam injector from R+M Suttner in stainless steel, 1.9mm injector size, with an "Extreme" metering valve made for the highest level of chemical resistance. Used with an ST72, ST74 or ST75 foam lance, or an adjustable or triple nozzle, it draws chemical into the water stream, and a lever switches between chemical and rinse mode. It is used for cleaning in agriculture, automotive and food processing, including vehicles that carry livestock.

Chemical dosing is adjusted by turning the metering valve, and the chemical connection is a 9mm hose tail. Fit a chemical filter on the end of the chemical tube and check the viscosity of the chemical, as it affects the draw rate. It has a 1/2" BSP female inlet and outlet and is rated to 350 bar, 80 litres per minute and 100°C. The ST167 is also made in a 500 bar version.
