When it comes to cleaning hard and flat surfaces, the Whirl-A-Way is the best tool for the job. This video details the unboxing and assembly of our 20” Whirl-A-Way. You’ll find that unpacking and building the unit is straightforward and simple, allowing you to get it up and running in no time!

- 4 Cotter Pins (2 Short, 2 Long, Packed w/ Manual)
- 4 Fastening Rings (Packed w/ Manual)
- Lower Y Bracket
- Upper Y Bracket (w/ Built-In Spray Gun & Hose)
- Whirl-A-Way Dish & Brush Skirt

Assembly:

1. After unboxing the unit and ensuring that all pieces are present, you will want to clean off your work area and lay out the 3 main pieces. 

2. Using the 2 longer pins, attach the Lower Y Bracket to the Whirl-A-Way dish. Ensure that the hose slot is facing upwards and away from the ground after assembly. Once the pins are in, secure them with two of the fastening rings. 

3. Once this done, connect the Upper Y Bracket to Lower Y Bracket. Secure the connection with the two shorter pins and the remaining fastening rings. Ensure that the handles are facing toward the ground as shown in the video. 

4. Run the water hose through the slot on the Lower Y Bracket. From here, connect the end of the hose to the dish, turning the connection until tight. Please note that the Teflon tape wrapped around the connector is only usable once. If you need to reconnect the hose in the future, you will need to put new tape on.

5. With this, your Whirl-A-Way is assembled and ready for use. Turn on the pressure washer and connect the spray gun to your high-pressure hose via the quick-connect coupler.
