FOAMit 10 Gallon Fogging Unit with 3 Nozzles and Telescopic Mast

The DEMA FOAMit FG-10N-3 is a portable, compressed-air-powered fogging unit designed to apply pre-mixed chemical solutions throughout enclosed spaces. Three pneumatic fogging nozzles are mounted on an adjustable telescopic mast to help distribute a fine, consistent fog across the treatment area.

Producing droplets of approximately 15 microns at the specified operating pressure, the unit is suitable for professional sanitation, disinfection and biosecurity applications. The telescopic mast adjusts from approximately 1.1 to 2.6 metres, allowing the fog to be released at a suitable height for improved distribution.

The 37.9-litre translucent tank makes the remaining chemical level easy to see. Two large non-marking wheels allow the fogger to be moved between work areas, while the hinged rear plate provides tool-free access to the main components.

Timer Option

The standard FG-10N-3 does not include a timer. A delayed-start timer is available as an option, allowing the operator to start the unit and leave the treatment area before fogging begins.

Pump-Seal Options

The standard unit is supplied with Santoprene pump seals. Alternative seal materials are available for compatibility with different chemical formulations:

• Santoprene: standard specification
• Viton: model FG-10NV-3
• Kalrez: available for specialist chemical applications

Chemical compatibility must be confirmed before ordering. Always check the chemical manufacturer’s instructions and Safety Data Sheet to ensure the product is suitable for fogging and compatible with the selected seals and other wetted components.
