Foam & Chemical Systems

Foam is produced using an injector on the outlet of the pressure washer. When low pressure is activated, the venturi will create suction and in turn, will pick up the chemical. We can calculate the correct injector size according to your flow and pressure. We have a range of Suttner bypass injectors that accept compressed air. Typically the food industry uses this method to get the best cleaning results.

Foam lance with a bottle

The foaming agent gets injected at the end of the lance. The solution can run out quickly should you have a large area to clean. Available jet Orifice sizes 1.25-2.1 depending on flow and pressure. 1 litre - 2-litre bottle

Foam lance with an air injector ST72 or ST75. This method will require a foam injector at the outlet of the pressure washer. A foam lance with a large nozzle has to be fitted to the pressure washer gun so that the line pressure is low enough for the chemical to be introduced. This is known as a venturi. This system is preferred among industrial & commercial customers. Ideally, hose length needs to be no more than 20m Hose bore 3/8 or more 10- 40 Lpm 20- 250 Bar
