The RM Suttner ST168 easyfoam365+ Foam Injector is a stainless steel, air-assisted venturi injector designed for use with high and low-pressure cleaning systems. Capable of operating on standard water line pressure (5 bar), it’s ideal for food processing, agricultural, and automotive cleaning applications where consistent foam and hygiene control are essential.

This model features a compressed air module that produces dry, stable foam even in low-pressure systems. The lever control allows easy switching between chemical and rinse modes, and because the foam is created at the injector, a DN12 hose with a 1/2" inlet and outlet wash gun must be used to prevent foam collapse as it travels through the line.

Built for professional use, the ST168 delivers up to 80 LPM and withstands pressures up to 350 bar, offering reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. It’s supplied with ten interchangeable nozzle inserts (1.2–2.8mm)for precise chemical dosing and adaptable foam control.
