Suttner ST168 easyfoam365+ Stainless Steel Foam Injector with Air Module
ST168 easyfoam365+ foam injector from R+M Suttner in stainless steel, with a compressed air module that gives a dry, stable foam even on low pressure systems. It works on high and low pressure systems and on mains water pressure of 5 bar. A lever switches between chemical and rinse mode. It is used for food processing, agricultural, vehicle and sanitation cleaning systems.
Because the foam is made at the injector, use DN12 hose and a wash gun with a 1/2" inlet and outlet so the foam does not collapse in the line. It is supplied with 10 nozzle inserts for setting the chemical dose. It has a 1/2" BSP female inlet and outlet and is rated to 80 litres per minute, 350 bar and 100°C. On vertical surfaces, apply foam from the bottom upwards. Made in Germany.
