Burner Flame Control

Hot water pressure washers can be fitted with a burner flame failure control system to enhance operational safety. A photocell flame sensor continuously monitors the presence of a flame within the boiler combustion chamber during operation.

If the photocell does not detect a flame, the system automatically shuts down the burner by closing the fuel solenoid, immediately stopping the fuel supply to the pressure washer boiler. This prevents unburnt fuel from entering the boiler and reduces the risk of damage or unsafe operation.
